Job Overview
We're looking for QA Engineers to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to catch issues early and help build a culture of quality.
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionality
- Perform manual and/or automated testing across web and mobile systems
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
- Investigate issues that arise from production, including root cause analysis and reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and establish clear Definition of Done criteria
- Contribute to and help improve testing processes, tools, and best practices
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as needed

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience Experience in software QA/testing (manual, automated, or both)
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, the software development lifecycle, and bug tracking tools
- Experience with bug tracking and project management tools
- Experience with test automation
- Experience investigating and triaging production incidents or customer-reported bugs
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and a genuine passion for learning
