ERP Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Representative to join our sales team at Swenetix Tech PLC. As an ERP Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate our ERP software solutions, showcasing their value and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and ERP innovations.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand your professional network.
  • Analyze market and consumer trends to support marketing strategies.
  • Oversee and evaluate outdoor marketing activities while mentoring junior marketers.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in ERP software sales or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client trust.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and reporting (a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
