Job Overview
We are seeking a talented ERP Developer to join our team at Addis Software. As an ERP Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline our business operations and enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- System Installation & Maintenance: Install and maintain the ERP system according to established documentation and protocols.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP development and customization
- Customization & Configuration: Tailor and configure ERP systems to align with specific business processes and workflows.

- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve ERP system issues promptly, providing timely support to end-users.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest ERP technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance system performance and user satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an ERP Developer or in a similar role.
- Customization Skills: Familiarity with customizing and configuring ERP systems to meet specific business needs is preferred.
- Methodologies: Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Outstanding skills in communication and collaboration.
