Job Overview
Your responsibilities will include facilitating scrum events, managing impediments, and promoting collaboration among team members. You will also assist in maintaining project management tools and ensuring the team adheres to agile principles.If you are passionate about teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this is the perfect opportunity for you to start your career as a Scrum Master with us!
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- 1 to 2 years experience in a software company or tech industry is preferred.
- Good people and project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
