Job Overview
As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles. You will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in learning about technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR and recruitment team to understand role requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update the candidate database
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Some prior experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus (internships count).
- Interest in technology and technical roles (developers, engineers, IT specialists, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
